Vinòforum, the main wine and food fair in Rome and Central and Southern Italy, owes its great success to the uniqueness of its format: an event that hosts over 900 exhibiting companies including Italian and international wineries, restaurants, wine shops, food companies, with the sole aim of promoting the agri-food culture of our country. 
From 17 to 23 June 2024, the best operators in the sector, Restaurants, Chefs, Wine Producers, Pizza Chefs, Sommeliers, Institutions, and enthusiasts of Italian food and wine cultures and traditions, met at the Circo Massimo in Rome. 80,000 spectators, 19,650 industry professionals, over 70 chefs, master pizza chefs and restaurants involved, 800 participating companies, 3,200 wine labels, 55 tastings scheduled, over 90 events organized by individual exhibitors: these are the great numbers that made Rome the Capital of Wine and Food and a leading city in the communication for Italian food and wine.
This edition confirmed Vinòforum as the center for the promotion of italian culinary excellence. “Vinòforum 2024 was a surprising edition” says Emiliano De Venuti, creator and organizer of Vinòforum, “starting with the level of the producers presented who were the cornerstone of our event, with their stories and products of excellence. We are also pride of the presence of great chefs, master pizza chefs, restaurateurs of the Capital and all the food & beverage professionals who have chosen us again this year, enriching every evening with their talent, their mastery and above all with so much passion for this sector".
During the event, Saturnia dishes were the protagonists of the dinner-meetings, enhancing the delicious recipes created by the many chefs present at the event and plated using the best Art Design porcelains we made for this event.
