On October 30th, the "Gusto & Cultura" training event took place at the Scelgo Full Service store in Mosciano Sant'Angelo, organized by the Scelgo Full Service company and reserved for chefs and restaurateurs.
The training day saw the participation of illustrious exponents of the world of catering, such as chef Carlo Cracco and Luca Maroni, one of the most important Italian sommeliers and author of the Yearbook of the Best Italian Wines.
During the morning talk, Chef Carlo Cracco recounted his experience and his vision of the world of catering, and together with his staff he prepared the traditional Milanese risotto for everyone present. Luca Maroni held his masterclass in the afternoon, enchanting the audience with the story of the 4 wines selected for tasting.
The event was also an opportunity to present the novelties of the company's catalogue, among which the Saturnia porcelain collections also stood out, in particular with the 2 new collections "Alchimia" and "Breath" which will be added to the rich offer of the I choose Full Service.
